The Rose Gulkand is said to be a popular sweet variety, rooted in India, especially in the North. Gulkand is a good source of antioxidants, reduces stomach acidity, and helps improve appetite and digestive problems. Traditionally, it was used to fight lethargy, and muscular aches and to reduce body heat.
Our Rose Gulkand is made from Damask Pink Rose Petals. These rose petals are sun-dried with Mishri for a few weeks. Sun cooking ensures that the flavours develop and get concentrated gradually over time. It also helps preserve the natural therapeutic properties of the rose petals since these petals are extremely sensitive to heat.
Ingredients: Rose Petals, Refined Sugar, Mishri, Elaichi, Acidity Regulator (INS 330).
