Shipping Policy
Once the order is placed by you on our website or mobile application (hereinafter jointly referred as “platform”). Orders are shipped from our warehouse through third party e-Commerce logistics. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-8 days from receipt of order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday-Sunday.
Due to courier pickup timelines, all orders received before 10 A.M. will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 10 A.M. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery is subject to delaying as per the unavoidable circumstances on that locations where the delivery is to be performed.

Expected time for delivery
Domestic : 2-7 days.
International : 7-30 days. (by airways/waterways).
It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of courier services.
The delivery may be failed due to the following reasons also i.e. wrong address, customer not available, premises closed, customer refused etc.
The delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Due to non delivery, once your placed order is marked as RTO then refund is not applicable in any case. For both domestic/International orders.
No early delivery is available in current scenario.
Shipping Charges:
Domestic
If the single bill/order value >= INR. 600. Delivery Charges = INR 0
If the delivery value < 600, Delivery Charges = INR 100

$2 per 500g ( to be decided on gross weight of the parcel ).
